Jeffrey T. Mitchell earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1997, a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Capella University in 2005 and a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado in 2013. Jeff earned his Licensure as a Professional Counselor in 2018 and has been a Certified Addiction Counselor-III since 2005. Jeff opened up New Paradigm Counseling in 2007. He is personally and professionally committed to educating and counseling individuals and groups struggling with DWAI’s / DUI, substance abuse, anger management, and personal issues.
Dr. Evonne Levy, DSS, RScP, CPC, NLC, CHHP, CAS
Dr. Evonne is a Registered Psychotherapist (NLC) and comes from the field of holistic health, wellness, and body-mind therapies. She is certified addiction Specialist (CASI), a Recovery Coach, Certified in Strategic Intervention, a Practitioner of Religious Science (RScP) and a Doctorate in Spiritual Studies (DSS).
For over 18 years Dr. Levy has successfully coached individuals, couples and families through personal and spiritual development, creating extraordinary relationships and managing life’s circumstances.

Julie Cheney, LACC
Julie earned her Master Degree in Addiction Counseling Addiction and Psychology from the Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ 2016. Julie is also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
Julie has been working in the Mental Health care field since 2009. In those years she has counseled individuals, groups and families in mental health, poverty, unemployment, substance abuse, physical abuse, rehabilitation, social adjustment, child care, or medical care. Julie will be working with groups and individuals in the recovery process and heading up our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs).
Mark West, Hypno-therapist, Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Certified in DBT and Mindfulness
Mark has a degree in communications form CSU Global, is a certified speaking coach and has studied NLP since 1989. From 1998 through 2002, Mark trained with Charles Scholen in NLP with bodywork. Mark received his NLP Master Practitioner Certificate in 2011 from American University of NLP. Mark became certified in Hypno-therapy in 2020 from Dr. Richard Bandler. Mark also studied with Michael Grinder using NLP in Prestation. Mark is active in Toastmaster International since 2005. Mark continues to take NLP classes from Dr. Richard Bandler and Michael Bream.
