In-person and Online DUI Classes Available
Level 1 Substance and Alcohol Education
Tuesday: 6 – 8 PM (Online only) | Thursday: 6 – 8 PM (hybrid/ in-person and online)
- 12 hours of DUI classes over a 3-day period, at minimum. No more than 4 hours in one calendar day.
- Conducted in a group or class setting.
- Not appropriate for someone who has had more than one impaired driving offense, or one offense with a high BAC or refusal.
About Level 1 DUI Classes
Learn about alcohol and drug use, the consequences of impaired driving, and Colorado’s DUI/DWAI laws.
The Level 1 DUI Class helps you understand how alcohol and substance use impact your decisions and teaches you practical strategies to manage difficult situations with confidence and control.
Who is Level 1 Education for?
If you’re a minor or lose your license for a year because of your first DUI, DWI, or a .02+ BAC conviction while under 21, you’ll need to complete a Level 1 education for alcohol and drug use.
Depending on the evaluator’s recommendation, you might also be required to complete Level 2 education, or a combination of both Level 2 education and therapy.
