He has served as a Clinical Director/Supervisor for over 10 years and currently a consultant for agencies that provide mental health and substance use treatment in Spanish and English.

He currently provides consulting, training, and supervision to clinicians and providers in Colorado.

His experience has been with dual diagnosis and trauma-informed care with system involved clients.

Amanda Lara

Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Social Science from La Sierra University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University.

He is a Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) in Colorado and has spent the past three years working across residential treatment, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP) settings supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring concerns.

Jennifer Ramsour

Jenn has earned her Peer Recovery Coach certification and Ethics certification through Advocates for Recovery.

She is currently pursuing her Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) credential and completing the required coursework through Nspire Today.

Ms. Ramsour serves as a Counselor-in-Training Intern and provides services under appropriate clinical supervision.

Ms. Ramsour enjoys working directly with clients and supporting them as they navigate and engage in treatment. She assists new clients throughout the admission process, helps them understand program expectations, and guides them toward appropriate services and resources.

She actively supports client engagement in treatment, offers referrals and resources as needed, and remains dedicated to helping individuals who are struggling with substance use disorders.

She is committed to ongoing professional growth and ethical practice and plans to continue her career as a Certified Addiction Technician, driven by a strong passion for helping others achieve recovery.

Cristina D. Collaso

Cristina entered the field of Substance Abuse as an Administrative Assistant in 2012.  Cristina does carry 25+ years of experience as office administration but took a shift in 2015 and started to train as a Certified Addictions Specialist. 

Cristina enrolled at The Colorado Family School of Therapy from 2015-2017 and received Certified Addiction Specialist credential January 2021.  Cristina uses the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach when working with clients.

More specifically she is trained in the areas of DUI, L24+, MRT, SSIC, and IEC.

Mr. Zamora is a Certified Victims Advocate, a credential obtained through the Adams State University Center for Legal Studies.

He is also actively working toward Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) certifications.

As a counselor in training, he is committed to providing ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based support while continuing to build his clinical knowledge and professional competencies in the field of addiction and behavioral health.
