Interlock Enhancement Counseling in Castle Rock

We provide state-approved Interlock Enhancement Counseling in Colorado, helping you…

Get additional support while on an ignition interlock device. Our program is designed to help you meet DMV and court requirements while addressing the behaviors that led to interlock violations.

What Is Interlock Enhancement Counseling?

In Colorado, drivers using an ignition interlock device (IID) may be required to complete Interlock Enhancement Counseling if DUI occurs.

You may need this program if you:

  • Failed breath tests while on interlock
  • Received multiple lockouts
  • Missed rolling retests
  • Attempted to bypass or tamper with the device
  • Were notified by the Colorado DMV of additional requirements

You may be required to complete Interlock Enhancement Counseling in addition to your Level II DUI Education or Therapy.

This program is regulated by the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health and must be completed through a state-approved DUI provider like New Paradigm Counseling.

Our Interlock Counseling Approach

We understand that interlock violations can feel stressful most especially when your license and livelihood are at stake.

Our structured enhancement program focuses on:

  • Understanding patterns behind failed tests
  • Reducing risk of repeat violations
  • Strengthening relapse prevention strategies
  • Increasing accountability and awareness
  • Supporting lasting behavior change

Our goal is not just compliance — it’s helping you successfully complete your interlock period without additional setbacks.
