Education and Support for Safer Choices on the Road
Empowering You with Skills and Tools to Make Safer Decisions
Level 1 Education
The Level 1 Education program equips first-time DUI/DWAI offenders with essential knowledge about impaired driving risks, legal consequences, and safe decision-making.
Conducted in a group or class. 12 hours of Drug and Alcohol Classes over a 3-day period, at minimum.
Level 2 Education
The Level 2 Education program helps repeat offenders or those with more serious infractions take control of their actions. This program dives deeper into high-risk drinking patterns, substance use impacts, and personalized strategies to avoid relapse.
A 24-hour over 12 weeks Drug and Alcohol Classes, which may be completed on its own or combined with Level II Therapy for additional support.
Level 2 Therapy
The Level 2 Therapy program combines education with targeted group counseling to address the root causes of impaired driving.
Our expert counselor guides you with care and integrity in tackling substance abuse, managing emotional triggers, and building relapse prevention plans, fostering lasting behavioral change.
Level 2 Therapy follows Level 2 Education and typically lasts between 5 to 10 months, depending on the specific track chosen.
Level 2 Four Plus Therapy
The Level 2 Four Plus Therapy delivers intensive support for individuals with four or more impaired driving offenses (DUI/DWAI).
The court or probation requires this level of treatment for misdemeanors and felonies.
Level 2 Four Plus takes at least (minimum) 18 months and 180 clinical contact hours.
Success is not based on completion of months or hours. Treatment progress and understanding of competencies will determine success.
Level 2 Four Plus is different from traditional DUI Level 2 Alcohol Education or Level 2 Therapy. It offers comprehensive alcohol and substance use education, going beyond standard Level 2 DUI services. This program helps you break harmful patterns, rebuild your life, and prevent future legal issues.
