Jeffrey T. Mitchell opened New Paradigm Counseling in 2007. He is personally and professionally committed to educating and counseling individuals and groups struggling with substance abuse, anger management, and personal issues.

Linda Gail Williams, Counselor   BS, CAC-III, NCAC-II

Linda continually extends her warm heart and sense of humor to help those in need. She has more than 30 years of experience and understanding, utilizing these in her education groups, individual sessions, and couples' counseling sessions.

Amy J. Armstrong, Counselor   MA, NCC, LAC

Amy is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and in the process of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. She is EMDR trained and passionate about working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.

Dr. Evonne Levy, Registered Psychotherapist   DSS, MRS, CSIC, CHHP

Dr. Evonne is a Registered Psychotherapist and comes from the field of holistic health, wellness, and body-mind therapies. She is certified Strategic Interventionist Coach and completed her Doctorate in Spiritual Studies. Evonne brings 10 years of successfully coaching individuals, couples, and families through personal development, creating extraordinary relationships and managing life’s circumstances.
